Who can attend the Forum?
The C&IT Festival of Forums is open to all senior MICE professionals – but places are limited and registration is subject to approval.
To be eligible, you’ll need to meet all three of the following:
• You have responsibility for - or significant influence over - supplier decisions and event budgets
• Your organisation runs events with an annual budget of £250K or more
• You're actively reviewing suppliers with current or upcoming briefs or RFP's

It is free to attend for approved delegates! To be approved you must meet our eligibility criteria

How do I find out if I've been approved as a delegate?
You will receive an email from [email protected] within 7 days advising if you have been successful or not in your application. If you don't receive this please contact [email protected]
What is the deadline to apply?
Delegate places are limited and subject to approval, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to guarantee your space.
What is included as a delegate?
1-2-1 meetings, content sessions, offsite hospitality and entertainment, and accommodation at the INNSiDE by Melia Liverpool

Can I bring a guest?
This event is for approved delegates only. Anyone who would like to attend will need to register and be approved for their own place.
I can no longer attend, how do I cancel my place?
Link to T&Cs here - to cancel contact [email protected]. Cancellations received more than four weeks prior to the first day of the forum will not incur a cancellation / non-attendance fee. Cancellations received at least four weeks (but more than two weeks) prior to the first day of the forum will incur a cancellation / non-attendance fee of £350. Cancellations received two weeks (or less) prior to the first day of the forum; where you fail to attend the forum having not provided any cancellation notice; and/or where you fail to attend all of your pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings with suppliers at the forum, will incur a cancellation / non-attendance fee of £550.
Can I transfer my place to someone else?
