From 28–30 July, C&IT Festival of Forums took over Newcastle - bringing together the UK’s most influential corporate, agency, incentive and association planners for three unforgettable days.

Through curated 1-2-1 meetings, bold content, immersive networking and standout socials, this was where the future of MICE came to life — and real opportunities began.

Whether delegates were designing internal events, unforgettable incentives or standout client experiences, Festival of Forums 2025 delivered the inspiration and connections to power their next big idea.
